SALT LAKE CITY — The Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice has selected nominees for a vacancy on the Board of Pardons and Parole. The vacancy results from the resignation of Chyleen Richey, effective Jan. 7.
The nominees are: Kimberly Crandall, Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office; Joseph Hill, Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office; Greg Johnson, Board of Pardons and Parole; Debra Nelson, Salt Lake Legal Defenders Association; Colin Winchester, Carbon County Attorney's Office.
Nominees will be forwarded to Gov. Gary Herbert for appointment and then confirmation by the Utah Senate.
