SALT LAKE CITY — The 12th-ranked Utah Utes will be looking to continue their strong play from over the last month when they play the Cal Golden Bears at home on Saturday night.
The Utes enter Saturday having won three games in a row by an average of 29.3 points after they fell to the USC Trojans on Sept. 20. In the three victories, Utah has given up an average of just 7.7 points per game.
The Golden Bears, meanwhile, started the season 4-0 but have lost their last three games, all of which were decided by 10 points or less. Cal didn’t score more than 17 points in any of them.
Saturday is the Utes’ “Dark Mode” game, which the school formerly called the blackout game.
Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. MT. Follow along here with our live coverage as the game unfolds.
