Photos: Get ready ... it’s going to be doggone cold

Heidi Taylor, a dog walker with Fun for Furbabies, finishes a walk in the snow in Millcreek Canyon on Tuesday. According to KSL’s Brett Benson, Wednesday’s high — forecasted at 31 degrees — will be close to 30 degrees below average for this time of year. However a slow warming trend take place over the rest of the week, but temperatures on Halloween will still be well below average. By next Tuesday, high temperatures should be near 60.
