WILLARD, Box Elder County — One person was killed in a car crash near Willard on Wednesday morning, according to police.
A car driving north on I-15 left the road and hit a utility pole just before noon, Utah Highway Patrol said.
The driver of the car was killed, and the sole passenger is in serious condition.
