Sen. Mitt Romney has all the qualities to be a great senator. Enormous financial business success, former governor of Massachusetts, former LDS stake president, helped save the Utah 2002 Winter Olympics, personal charisma, intelligence, etc. However, Mitt has been a resounding disappointment in representing Utah Republican conservative values, in my opinion.
Mitt’s animas for Trump taints and overshadows everything he does. He takes every occasion to disagree with Trump on small matters and yet ignores the shameless actions of Democrats. He will not commit to vote for Trump in 2020, our duly elected president supported by over 90% of Utah Republicans. He will not speak out against Rep. Adam Schiff and his secretive impeachment hearings held behind closed doors.
Mitt appears to be an elitist and the self-appointed moralist of Congress entitled to point out the faults and sins of we lesser citizens and especially of the president.
Come on, Mitt. Step up and support conservative Utah Republican and American values of those of us who elected you.
