Photos: Wasatch Front weather seems to be settling into a holding pattern for the weekend

Dogs and their owners enjoy a sunny morning walk around 11th Ave Park as a layer of haze covers the downtown area of Salt Lake City on Thursday. According to KSL’s Grant Weyman, Friday is expected to be cloudy with highs near 32. Saturday and Sunday should be partly cloudy with highs in the upper 20s and low 30s. A storm system expected to move into the area next week will bring snow showers for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
