Pedestrians stroll through Liberty Park in Salt Lake City on Sunday. According to the National Weather Service, Monday morning will dawn with a chance of rain and snow showers before 11 a.m. The rest of the day will be partly sunny, with a high near 42. the chance of precipitation is 40% with or no snow accumulation expected. On Tuesday, there will be a slight chance of rain and snow after 11 a.m. Skies will be partly sunny with a high near 45.
