They’re offering $22,000 in education funds, over $1,000 of Pizza Hut gift cards, a library and two tickets to next year’s Super Bowl game
When Pizza Hut became an official Super Bowl sponsor in 2019, it offered a year’s worth of free pizza to the first baby born after the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots began the game, Business Insider reports.
Now, in their second year of official NFL sponsorship, Pizza Hut is doubling the fun.
The company is promising the first set of twins born during this year’s match, between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs, a massive set of prizes.
According to Fox News, Pizza Hut will offer the parents of the first set of twins born this year tickets to Super Bowl LIV in Tampa and gift cards worth the equivalent of two years of free pizza, a library of books, provided by the Pizza Hut BOOK IT! Team, and $22,000 in education funding for the twins.
According to the Pizza Hut Special Delivery Baby Search 2.0 official rules statement, parents wishing to enter the contest should tweet out a photo of their twins after they are born.
The rules clarify that each tweet must:
- Contain the official time of birth for each twin
- Use the hashtags #PHTwin2win and #promotion
- Tag the official @PizzaHut twitter account
- Only submit a set of twins once
In a press release, Pizza Hut announced they’re doing the promotion because family is “part of Pizza Hut’s DNA” and they want to “honor the MVPs making their own special deliveries this Sunday.”
New England Patriots players, and twins themselves, Jason and Devin McCourty will be helping Pizza Hut announce the winners of the contest, reports Fox News.
