Man charged inappropriately touching young girls

PROVO — A man accused of inappropriately touching two young girls was charged Thursday.

Trey Nicholas Sabin, 23, of Goshen, was charged in 4th District Court with two counts of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony, and three counts of dealing in harmful materials to a minor, a third-degree felony.

In August, two girls, ages 16 and 14, were at Memorial Park in Payson with Sabin, according to charging documents. He inappropriately touched the girls over their clothing “after being told to stop and asked if they would like a ‘threesome,’” according to charging documents.

A few days later, Sabin sent nude pictures of himself to the 16-year-old, the charges state.
