SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Jazz will try on Sunday night for the second time to win their first-round NBA playoff series against the Denver Nuggets in Orlando when the teams square off in Game 6.
Having taken a 3-1 advantage in the series, the Jazz led Game 5 last Tuesday by 15 in the third quarter before faltering down the stretch and losing. Should the Nuggets win Sunday, they would force a win-or-go home Game 7 for both teams.
If Utah wins Sunday, it would advance to play the LA Clippers in the second round after the Clippers beat the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday to win that series 4-2.
