Can’t see ‘Tenet’ yet? Listen to the soundtrack

The ‘Tenet’ soundtrack is available now

“Tenet” — the new film from Christopher Nolan — has opened in multiple cities across the United States this week, including Salt Lake City. But not everyone can see it. And some people have chosen not to see due to potential health risks.

That said, the soundtrack is available, so it might give you a brief bit of “Tenet” fix you’re craving for.

The details:

  • The soundtrack comes from Ludwig Göransson, who worked on “Black Panther,” “Creed” and “The Mandalorian.”
  • You can stream it on Spotify and Apple Music.
  • The soundtrack runs at 1.5 hours.
  • The soundtrack has one explicit song — called “The Plan” by Travis Scott.

Any reviews?

The Verge has a great review of the album, calling it “a certified bop.”

“Göransson’s ‘Tenet’ score just came out, but it’s got just the right mixture of tones to make it a perfect album to listen to for the day while you’re trying to work. Or, if you just really, really wish you could see ‘Tenet’ but can’t or are choosing to stay home because being in a theater right now — especially in a country like the United States where coronavirus cases continue to grow — is perhaps not the best idea.”
