Letter: Volunteers show the world is full of good people

Due to the windstorm, two very large trees were uprooted in the parking of a single mom’s home. The trees were blocking part of the neighborhood road. A good Samaritan down the street came to the rescue and moved the trees enough so cars could get by.

Then on Friday, Millcreek City sent out a family of wonderful volunteers to cut up and remove a huge load of limbs and branches. This was a very much appreciated service. The world is full of good people and hope springs eternal. Thank you, Millcreek City and volunteers.
