Logan massage therapist faces additional criminal charges

LOGAN — A Logan massage therapist accused of inappropriately touching women in five other cases now faces additional criminal charges.

Freddy Anthony Perales, 58, was charged in 1st District Court Wednesday with object rape, a first-degree felony, and forcible sex abuse, a second-degree felony. The victim in that case was abused in 2015, according to court records.

Since June, Perales has been charged in multiple cases of inappropriately touching women under the guise of giving them a massage, according to charging documents.

In total, he is now charged with five counts of object rape, a first-degree felony, and nine counts of forcible sex abuse, a second-degree felony.
