Jake Youngberg netted the lone goal for Weber, Braden Bennett had the assist, and Stockton Short recorded the clean sheet as the Warriors picked up the win in the second round of the 6A playoffs.
Corner Canyon 3, Pleasant Grove 2
Samir Cuevas, Aiden McMullin and Noah Pogue each netted a goal to help lift Corner Canyon to the win. In addition to his goal, Pogue also recorded two assists in the victory in the second round of the 6A Playoffs.
Nicholas Saunders netted two goals and Andrew Parra had another to help lift Skyridge over Layton in the second round of the 6A playoffs.
Bingham 1, Copper Hills 1 | Bingham won shootout 5-4
Ethan Beckman scored for the Miners while Enoc Figueroa scored for the Grizzlies in this hard-fought battle in the second round of the 6A playoffs. Bingham ultimately walked away with the win after a shootout in which it defeated Copper Hills 5-4.
Stephen Seelos scored the lone goal for Davis and Jude Walker recorded the shutout as the Darts defeated Clearfield in the second round of the 6A playoffs.
No. 21 seed Fremont pulled off its second straight 6A playoff road upset as it bounced No. 5 seed Westlake to advance to quarterfinals
No. 3 seed Herriman survived an upset bid from No. 19 seed American Fork to advance to the 6A quarterfinals.
Ilan Hernandez netted both goals for Northridge to pick up the comeback victory over Syracuse in the second round of the 6A playoffs.
5A second round
Rylan Shulz scored the lone goal for Mountain Ridge in double-overtime to get the win against Park City in the second round of the 5A playoffs.
The Bengals took care of business as they shut out Timpvew 2-0. Cameron Neeley and Eliot Lewis knocked in the goals. Ben Passey and Mattaus Staley were credited with the assists.
Spanish Fork 2, Murray 2 | Spanish Fork won shootout 4-2
After a tough back and forth battle, Spanish Fork take the win in a 4-3 shootout. Tyler Anderson and Abdul Shaher scored the two goals for the Spartans.
Nephi Rodriguez and Jona Peralta each netted a goal and Sean Gutzman recorded the clean sheet as Provo picked up the victory over Orem.
Trevor Jensen and Cache Zacharopoulos each netted a goal for Skyline as the Eagles took on the Hawks and picked up the victory in the second round of the 5A playoffs.
Cameron Bingham recorded the hat trick and Abe Ashby contributed two assists for the Phoenix as Farmington picked up the win over Bountiful in the second round of the 5A Playoffs.
Maple Mountain 3, Woods Cross 1
Junior Stefano Cia scored a hat trick for Maple Mountain to seal the victory. Senior Brian Bess assisted with two of the goals. Isaac Northctt was in goal for Maple Mountain and made six saves in the game.
After a scoreless first half, Wasatch rallied for three unanswered goals to pick up the victory over Hillcrest in the second round of the 5A finals. Gabe Manning recorded a goal and two assists and teammate Elder Gutierrez had the shutout in the win.
