What is Netcat?
Netcat is a simple utility which reads and writes data through
network connections, using the TCP or UDP protocol. It is
designed to be a reliable tool that can be used
directly or easily driven by other programs and scripts.
At the same time, it is a debugging and scanning tool
for networks with very valuable features, since it can create almost
any type of connection that may be needed and that has
various interesting capabilities.

In its simplest form of use, netcat creates a TCP connection
to a defined target port and host. The standard input is
sent to the host, and everything returned from the host through the
connection is sent to the standard output.

Netcat can also function as a server, serving by
connections incoming on arbitrary ports and performing the
same writings and readings.

4. Ability to use any network source address

5. Capabilities for port scanning, with randomness.

6. You can read arguments in the command line of the entry
standard.
