SALT LAKE CITY — The eastbound I-80 exit to state Route 201 near the Salt Lake-Tooele County border will close Friday, Oct. 25, at 10 a.m. and reopen at 5 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 28, as crews complete maintenance work on the ramp bridge over the railroad tracks.
The Utah Department of Transportation said drivers will need to continue on eastbound I-80 and exit at S.R. 202 (Exit 104), where they can then continue east on S.R. 202 to its intersection with S.R. 201.
In addition, the exit from the I-215 east belt to eastbound I-80 (Exit 2) near Parleys Canyon will close for four nights, from Sunday, Oct. 27, through Wednesday, Oct. 30, so crews can complete prep work to replace the electronic overhead sign on I-80 at the mouth of the canyon.
Drivers will need to continue on westbound I-80 to 1300 East (Exit 126), where they can turn around and get onto eastbound I-80.
